Role Overview

As Director – Sales & Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving direct enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and regional growth across the UAE and GCC. This role requires a senior commercial leader who already has strong access to decision-makers across loyalty programs, banks, airlines, retailers, telcos, and large enterprises—the core markets where our clientsells its products and infrastructure.

You will work very closely with the CEO, owning revenue, partnerships, and go-to-market execution for the region.

Key Responsibilities Direct Sales & Revenue Ownership

· Lead front-line enterprise sales across loyalty programs, banks, airlines, retailers, telcos, and government-linked entities.

· Leverage existing CXO- and VP-level relationships to open doors and accelerate deal closures.

· Personally close high-value, complex enterprise deals across our client’splatforms: Access Point, Reward Point, Xpand Point, Perk Point, Gift Card Management Platform.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

· Activate existing relationships with loyalty operators, financial institutions, airlines, and enterprise groups to build ecosystem-driven opportunities.

· Structure multi-party deals that unlock incremental revenue throughour client’s interoperable loyalty infrastructure.

· Position our client’sas a long-term infrastructure partner, not a point solution.

Sales Strategy & Execution

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our client’s overall business objectives.

· Drive both new client acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.

· Continuously refine sales approaches based on market feedback, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.

Sales Team Leadership & Scaling

· Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and partnerships team.

· Define clear roles, responsibilities, and success metrics.

· Recruit top talent aligned with our client’s culture and growth ambitions.

· Establish and track measurable KPIs aligned to corporate goals.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

· Oversee pipeline development across all sales and partnership channels.

· Ensure accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and actionable insights for executive leadership.

· Use CRM and data analytics to track deal progress, identify risks, and optimize sales performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.

· Align sales campaigns, product positioning, pricing strategies, and GTM execution.

· Ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term account success.

Contract Negotiation & Commercial Structuring

· Lead enterprise contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and commercial models.

· Balance profitability, competitiveness, and long-term strategic value.

· Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance, governance, and risk mitigation.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Leadership

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

· Anticipate market shifts and recommend strategic pivots.

· Maintain our client’s leadership in loyalty innovation, blockchain adoption, and customer engagement.

Brand Representation & Thought Leadership

· Represent our client’s at industry conferences, government forums, and partner events.

· Build executive-level networks across UAE and GCC.

· Position our client’s as a thought leader and preferred loyalty infrastructure partner.
