Description

  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information to raise our revenue invoices through the ERP invoicing system, including but not limited to shipping, transport, maintenance, storage related activities, etc.
  • Create new vendors and customer codes as requested.
  • Prepare accounts receivable ageing ad trace the invoices on a periodic basis.
  • Follow up for the collection of amounts on a periodic basis.
  • Accounts payable management which includes supplier SOA reconciliation and arranging payments.
  • Review cost analysis to ensure proper allocation of the product code.
  • Sales invoice reconciliation and ensure all the invoices have been posted from invoicing system to accounting system. Support in computation and preparation of UAE VAT returns.
  • Preparing financial record keeping as well as protecting sensitive and confidential information.
  • Support & perform monthly accruals of IT cost, personnel cost and reconciliation of prepaid expenses and depreciation.
  • Manage balance sheet and profit/loss statement and ensure the consolidation is completed in our accounting and reporting system.
  • Assist with month end closing process.
  • Support line manager to prepare monthly, quarterly management accounts, including variance analysis, quarterly forecast and annual budgets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience of working within the UAE is preferred. • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Ability to formulate and develop complex spreadsheets. • Experience in shipping/multi-national organizations and/or highly decentralized organizations will be considered an advantage. • Previous experience working with financial systems and business intelligence tools is an advantage. •

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
