Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, Estimation and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, for MEP projects like Industrial, Villa, school, F & B Outlet etc.. The candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient, code-compliant designs and ensuring smooth coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review mechanical design drawings, calculations, and specifications (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems)
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams for integrated MEP solutions
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and technical evaluations
• Support project execution team with technical clarifications and site coordination
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers
• Review shop drawings and material submittals
• Estimation of Mechanical sysem

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP design (preferably in GCC)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, and relevant software (HAP, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Familiarity with local authority approvals (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defence)
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
