Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, and construction projects by providing accurate site measurements, survey data, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE field experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure precise project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesSurveying & Site Analysis

• Conduct land surveys using modern surveying equipment to determine site boundaries, elevations, contours, and existing conditions.
• Perform boundary surveys, easement surveys, and construction staking to support project execution.
• Assess site conditions and identify potential challenges that may impact design or construction activities.
• Establish and verify survey control points and benchmarks for accurate site layout.

Data Collection & Documentation

• Prepare and interpret survey drawings, maps, sketches, and technical reports.
• Verify the accuracy of survey measurements, calculations, and collected data before submission or implementation.
• Maintain organized survey records and documentation for project approvals and official submissions.
• Assist in preparing as-built surveys and updating project records.

Coordination & Technical Support

• Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to support design and construction activities.
• Provide accurate survey data and technical guidance for site setting-out and execution.
• Participate in coordination meetings and offer field insights and recommendations.
• Assist project teams in resolving survey-related issues during construction.

Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities and consultants when survey approvals or verifications are required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures during all field operations.

Equipment & Field Operations

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and automatic levels.
• Supervise field survey activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of survey equipment and related tools.

Project Support

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and site coordination as required.
• Support quantity verification and site layout activities during construction.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies, software, and industry best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in land surveying for landscaping or construction projects (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and the interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Experience using modern surveying equipment, including total stations and GPS/GNSS systems.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility in field operations.
