BIM MEP Engineer

Are you a skilled BIM MEP Engineer looking to work on high-profile projects across the GCC and international markets?

At BIMCO Technology, we are seeking talented and motivated professionals who are passionate about BIM, Digital Engineering, and the delivery of coordinated MEP design and construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) disciplines.
• Produce high-quality Revit models, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection activities with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support project delivery under the guidance of BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators.
• Participate in collaborative BIM workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma.
• Develop and maintain MEP Revit Families and project standards.
• Assist in model audits, quality control, and BIM compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery complies with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ISO 19650 standards.

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Experience with BIM coordination and model federation.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and collaborative BIM environments.
• Ability to create and modify Revit Families.
• Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and digital project delivery.
• AutoCAD proficiency is required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of BIM MEP experience.
• GCC project experience is preferred.
• Experience working on projects following RIBA stages is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MEP design documentation and coordination processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
