Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team and support landscaping. If you have a strong background in site surveying, setting-out works, and working closely with project teams to ensure accurate execution on site, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements are listed below:

• Diploma holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping and surveying works.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out topographic, land, and construction surveys using surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Auto Levels.

Conduct site setting-out works and ensure accurate levels, coordinates, and boundaries are established.

Verify site dimensions and existing conditions before and during construction.

Prepare and interpret survey drawings, maps, and reports.

Provide accurate survey data to engineers, project managers, and site teams to support project execution.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Maintain survey records, reports, and project documentation.

Ensure surveying activities comply with project requirements, UAE regulations, and company procedures.

Identify site discrepancies and provide practical solutions to support smooth project progress.

Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Support project planning, progress monitoring, and site coordination activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in landscaping or construction projects within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of site surveying, setting-out works, and construction measurements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey-related software.

Hands-on experience using Total Stations, GPS equipment, and Auto Levels.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site layouts.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
