Creative Photographer/Videographer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and creative Aesthetic Photographer & Videographer to conceptualize, capture, and edit high-end visual content. In this dual role, you will lead the creative direction for both still imagery and short-form video (such as Reels, TikToks, and brand films). • Multimedia Conception: Build comprehensive mood boards, storyboards, and color scripts for both photo shoots and video campaigns.
• Prop & Scene Styling: Curate, set up, and style physical spaces, props, and talent to maintain a meticulous and consistent aesthetic.
• Production Execution: Operate professional camera systems, gimbals, and audio gear to shoot high-resolution photos and smooth, cinematic footage.
• Lighting Manipulation: Utilize natural light, studio strobes, continuous LED lighting, and colored gels to evoke specific moods and tones.
• Photo Post-Processing: Edit and color-grade still images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to achieve a signature visual style.
• Video Editing & Motion: Cut, pace, color-grade, and sound-design video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Platform Optimization: Format and export content tailored specifically for diverse platforms, ensuring optimal quality for both horizontal print/web and vertical social media layouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Versatility: High proficiency with hybrid mirrorless/DSLR cameras, various focal lengths, stabilizing gear, and external audio recorders.
• Software Mastery: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve.
• Cinematic Vision: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional composition, frame pacing, camera movement, and mastery of color theory.
• Audio Awareness: Basic understanding of capturing clean audio and syncing sound design, music tracks, and voiceovers.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot between capturing fast-paced video clips and meticulously composed still frames during a live shoot.

Preferred Experience

• Portfolio: A combined digital portfolio or showreel showcasing a distinct aesthetic style across both photography and videography.
• Industry Experience: 4+ years of professional experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or commercial brands.
• Social Trends: Deep understanding of current audio trends, transitions, and viral visual styles on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
