We are a leading automotive repair and service center in Dubai, committed to delivering premium quality and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our workshop daily operations and drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff to ensure peak performance and a productive work environment.
• Workshop Efficiency: Oversee daily workflow, delegate tasks, and optimize repair turnaround times without compromising on quality.
• Market & Business Growth: Apply strong local market knowledge to optimize pricing, manage supplier relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service, handle escalations professionally, and maintain high client retention.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5–15 years of trackable experience managing a busy automotive repair workshop (experience in the UAE/Dubai market is highly preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively with high-profile clients.
• Results-Driven: Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of workshop financial KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 5 years (Required)
• Crew management: 5 years (Preferred)
