RPA Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RPA Business Analyst to identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and RPA development teams, ensuring that automation solutions align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess process suitability for RPA implementation.
• Conduct process discovery workshops, interviews, and process assessments.
• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation solutions.
• Document business requirements, process maps, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and support Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Work closely with RPA Developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and automation feasibility studies.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure automation solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify additional automation opportunities.
• Assist in change management, training, and user adoption activities.
