SEO & Content Specialist — Dubai

About us

We are a Dubai-based wholesale distributor of printer and copier supplies, founded in 1999 and operating across 40+ countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We run two brands: Sham Tech (B2B wholesale) and Dotinks (our consumer-facing brand). We're a lean, fast-moving family business — you'll work directly with the marketing lead and own your work from day one.

The role

We're looking for one focused, hands-on marketer to own our SEO and content. This is a build-and-grow role: you'll improve how we rank, write content that pulls in customers, and create content for our channels. You won't be doing everything under the sun — SEO and content are the job, and we want someone who's genuinely good at them.

What you'll do

SEO (core)

• Own on-page SEO across our product pages and blog (titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal/external linking)
• Conduct keyword research and turn opportunities into a content plan
• Keep the site healthy: fix issues, improve structure, monitor rankings and traffic

Content (core)

• Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts and product content in clean, simple, persuasive English
• Research content ideas and trends in our space
• Script, shoot, and help produce short-form video content — comfortable both on and behind the camera
• Plan and publish social posts, stories, and reels

WhatsApp marketing (will train)

• Help run WhatsApp campaigns and set up our WhatsApp AI assistant

What we're looking for

Must have

• A portfolio that proves real results — pages you've ranked, content that performed, accounts you've grown. Examples matter more to us than a CV.
• Solid hands-on SEO and content marketing experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong written English
• Comfortable creating video content and appearing on camera
• Organized, self-driven, quick to learn new tools
• Based in Dubai or able to work on-site

Nice to have

• Arabic + English (bilingual)
• Basic video editing
• Familiarity with tools like Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, or similar
