We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth plans across the UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare market.

Position Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting Procuris Global's product portfolio, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular customer visits, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and develop new customers within pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, biotechnology, food, and related industries.
  • Generate leads and arrange meetings with Procurement, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical-commercial discussions.
  • Promote the company's complete portfolio of products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.

Vendor Registration & Tender Support

  • Support vendor registration activities with pharmaceutical and industrial customers.
  • Assist in preparing commercial offers, tender submissions, and supporting documentation.
  • Track registration status and maintain customer databases.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Identify new product opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and business opportunities.

Reporting

  • Maintain customer visit reports.
  • Submit weekly activity reports.
  • Update sales pipeline and opportunity tracker.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts and business updates.

Desired Industry Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of UAE sales/business development experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UAE & GCC.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month

Performance Incentives:

  • Commission on gross profit generated from new business.
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on target achievement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
