Business Analyst with Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Location: Dubai Internet City, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month

We are looking for a highly analytical and organized professional to join our team as a Business Analyst with Executive Assistant Responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Analyze website traffic, lead generation, user behavior, conversions, and revenue trends
• Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable business recommendations
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels
• Support testing and performance analysis to improve business outcomes
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel plans, and confidential communications
• Coordinate events, prepare reports and presentations, and support leadership operations

What We Are Looking For

 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, Digital Analytics, or similar roles

• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Executive Assistant

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and website performance tracking

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting

• Experience analyzing funnels, user journeys, and conversion metrics

• Strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good understanding of UAE local markets, business environment, and industry practices

• Knowledge of local government regulations, compliance requirements, and administrative processes

• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with local authorities, business partners, and stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work seamlessly in a multicultural environment

• Fintech, Capital Markets, SaaS, Subscription Business, or Digital Product experience is an advantage

Preferred Profile

• Dubai residents preferred.

• Indian or Philippine nationals staying in Dubai preferred.
