PHP Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our client which is a Product based Fintech Company based in Dubai . Its for a Fast-growing product-based company seeking a Junior Developer with strong full-stack

knowledge and proven cross-functional team experience.

Work across the entire product stack, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality

software in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work across full stack (frontend, backend, database) as needed- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code- Own features from conception to deployment- Participate in full SDLC (planning, development, testing, deployment)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, founders)- Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain applications- Adapt quickly to changing priorities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience- Professional software development experience- Proven cross-functional team collaboration experience- Portfolio or GitHub profile

Technical Skills

Full-Stack: Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React/Vue/Angular),

Backend (MVC frameworks: Laravel, Yii, Codeigniter or similar),

RESTful APIs,

Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB)- Version control (Git)-

• Ability to work across entire tech stack

Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving with resourceful attitude- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments- Self-motivated with end-to-end ownership mindset- Works independently, wears multiple hats in small teams- Product mindset: user experience and business impact focus

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker- DevOps practices, microservices architecture.
