Description
DEIZ GARAGE is looking for a hands-on Zoho CRM & IT Automation Specialist to support and improve the company’s CRM, automation, website, telephony, analytics, and internal IT systems.
Responsibilities
* Configure, maintain, and improve Zoho CRM.
* Manage leads, deals, pipelines, custom fields, reports, dashboards, and user access.
* Set up CRM workflows, automations, integrations, notifications, and lead routing.
* Monitor CRM data quality and fix errors, duplicates, and incorrect records.
* Implement and support AI tools for lead processing, customer communication, reporting, and workflow automation.
* Configure and monitor telephony systems, call routing, call analytics, and CRM integration.
* Support company websites, including domains, hosting, SSL, forms, tracking codes, integrations, and content updates.
* Monitor data flow between websites, CRM, telephony, advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
* Support sales and marketing teams with reports, dashboards, lead tracking, and performance data.
* Provide basic IT support to employees: accounts, access rights, software tools, and troubleshooting.
* Coordinate with external developers, vendors, hosting providers, and telephony providers when required.
* Maintain documentation for systems, integrations, access rights, and implemented solutions.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration and configuration.
* Understanding of CRM logic, sales funnels, leads, deals, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
* Experience with automations, integrations, web forms, APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
* Basic understanding of AI tools and business process automation.
* Experience with website administration, domains, hosting, SSL, forms, tracking systems, and CMS/admin panels.
* Understanding of telephony systems, call tracking, call routing, and CRM integration.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, dashboards, or similar tools.
* Basic IT support skills: user accounts, access rights, cloud services, software setup, and troubleshooting.
* Good English language skills.
* Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to work independently.
Will Be an Advantage
* Experience with other Zoho products: Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or API documentation.
* Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Laravel-based admin panels, or similar systems.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
