Position Overview

RealFi is seeking a confident and highly motivated Technical Business Development Manager who can take ownership of projects, learn independently, and contribute across all areas of development. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of building, maintaining, and scaling both customer-facing and internal applications.

The successful candidate will also represent RealFi at conferences, networking events, and business meetings when required, making strong communication and presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent RealFi professionally at industry conferences, events, and meetings when required.
• Meeting and Interacting with Merchants & Partners
• Administrative duties including Emails, Answer phone calls, Reaching out to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications, web applications, and internal platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend systems.
• Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and databases.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.
• Work closely with leadership to implement new features and products.
• Maintain development workflows using GitHub and version control best practices.
• Optimize applications and websites for performance and SEO.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently.
• Highly confident, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Software development experience.
• experience with mobile application development.
• experience with frontend and backend development.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with Expo and React Native.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar.
• Experience managing cloud-hosted databases and infrastructure.
• understanding of application security and best practices.
• Experience using GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain, Web3, or digital asset technologies (preferred but not required).
• Startup experience.
• Experience deploying and scaling production applications.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and representing the company publicly.
