Site Engineer – Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and workers.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and company policies.
Prepare material requisitions and monitor inventory.
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing purposes.
Maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction projects (experience in the UAE is often preferred).
Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary
5000-8000 AED.
