Paid Search Lead for a fully remote position.
This position is open to remote candidates globally. Applicants located in Dubai will be considered for a full-time, on-site employment arrangement.
The Paid Search Lead is responsible for planning, activating and optimising global user acquisition campaigns. You will be working closely with our Programmatic & Social Media Manager and other members of our cutting edge in-house digital team to deliver retail client growth metrics in multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Plan, build, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google UAC and Apple Search Ads
- Manage full-funnel campaign execution.
- Continuously optimise campaigns across bidding strategies, keyword targeting, audience signals, ad copy, and landing pages to drive performance against KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion volume)
- Leverage automation and AI-driven campaign types (e.g. Smart Bidding, Performance Max) to scale performance efficiently
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and spend allocation to ensure performance and efficiency targets are met
Data, Tracking & Measurement
- Ensure robust tracking implementation and maintenance across campaigns (conversion tracking, GA4, tagging frameworks)
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimisation opportunities
- Apply a strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking to guide decision-making
- Conduct structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance
Reporting & Insights
- Produce regular, high-quality performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive campaign improvements and business impact
- Track performance vs forecast and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Clearly communicate campaign performance and optimisation rationale to stakeholders
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Paid Social, Analytics, and broader Acquisition teams to ensure integrated, multi-channel strategies
- Support campaign planning, audits, and testing roadmaps across the Paid Search function
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve ad relevance and landing page performance
- Ensure all campaigns are set up, QA’d, and executed to the highest standard
- Support reconciliation and finance processes
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in Paid Search platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google UAC and Apple Search Ads, with a strong understanding of auction dynamics, bidding strategies, tracking, and attribution models.
