MEP Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on construction and maintenance projects. The candidate will ensure all MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities Supervise daily MEP installation and maintenance activities. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works on site. Monitor progress and ensure project schedules are achieved. Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project HSE requirements. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment utilization. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities. Ensure all works comply with client requirements and local authority regulations.

Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering. Minimum 1–3 years of MEP supervision experience. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work fronts. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and local authority requirements is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
