IT Support Engineer

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technology team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of systems that support our logistics, transportation, and business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
• Assist in implementing new software, hardware, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network administration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
