Real Estate Platform Specialist

We are looking for a talented specialist with experience in the real estate industry to manage our key advertising platforms, stay updated on market trends, and maintain the company’s internal database.
Work with platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, DXBinteract, and others;
Post secondary market properties, manage listings to improve their conversion rates;
Collaborate with brokers and the telesales department to increase effectiveness.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor new projects and real estate market events;
Prepare weekly selections of the best projects for brokers and the marketing department, and compile catalogs upon request;
Maintain SPI’s internal property database and train employees on database management and analytics.

Collaboration with Marketing and Brokers:

Manage advertising campaigns, analyze listing performance, and create effectiveness rankings;
Supervise the telesales team and ensure the quality of the first point of contact with clients.

Phone System and CRM Management:

Manage the Ringostat phone system, working with call analytics and statistics;
Interact with CRM systems and developer platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
