Document Controller

What will you be doing? Subsea7 is hiring a Document Controller responsible for maintaining and controlling project documentation in line with Subsea7’s Management System processes.

This role will operate under the guidance of the Document Control Discipline Lead or a nominated mentor, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all documentation activities.

These shall include but not be limited to the following.

• Be fully familiar and comply with the departmental requirements of the Company's critical document control systems.
• Assist in ensuring that correct procedure standards are being used and that all documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Up to date and at the correct revision, ensuring compliance to Company procedures and contractually agreed conditions.
• Maintaining a comprehensive Document Control System as required to meet the requirements of any specific project.
• To be the focal point for all Project documentation, accounting for all documentation received and transmitted.

Personal Qualities Required

• MS Excel Basic functionalities
• Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in Document Control or similar environments.
• University degree in Administration / Business Studies or another relevant subject.
