Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Coordinator support the Project Managers to lead and deliver data-centric projects, including AI, data platforms, and analytics initiatives. You will be the working side by side with the project manager to bridge between our clients and technical teams — managing timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring the delivered outcome is valuable and meaningful to the client, you are also a Success Coordinator , invested in building long-term partnerships by identifying continuous value and creating impact beyond the project scope.

This role demands a good level of self-management , highly organized professional who follows up, follows through, and brings structure, clarity, and leadership — without needing to be managed all the time, with this, the project coordinator will be developed to be a project manager within 1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities will be supporting the Project Manager in all the below:

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead full-cycle project execution across data, analytics, and AI domains
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, on budget, and with high quality , achieving measurable value
• Apply best practices and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, Scrum)
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques, in accordance with standard project management processes such as change control boards, impact assessments, and formal approval workflows
• Act as a Client Success Coordinator during project delivery to ensure value realization, gather continuous feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for enhancement or extended collaboration.
• Build strong, trust-based strategic relationships that foster long-term collaboration and client confidence
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams, tracking tasks and deliverables with precision
• Report progress and risks clearly and regularly to both internal teams and clients
• Encourage collaboration and trust within the team to ensure everyone contributes to achieving the project goals
• Oversee procurement-related responsibilities such as managing vendor contracts, tracking invoicing milestones, and ensuring timely collection and processing of client payments.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and formal correspondence.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
• Based in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience coordinating/delivering data-related, AI, or software consulting projects.
