IT Support Executive

ABC Cargo & Courier, one of the UAE's trusted names in cargo and courier services, is hiring IT Support Executives to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. 5 positions are available, with immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations
• Administer Windows systems and the Microsoft 365 environment
• Maintain networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and endpoint/antivirus security
• Support server administration, IT asset management, and ticketing systems
• Ensure system uptime, data backups, and IT security best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with server administration and IT ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Immediate joiners preferred
