Site Engineer – Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations and construction activities.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work for billing and documentation.
• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to achieve project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
