We're Hiring — SIRA Approved Consultant (CCTV & Security Systems)

Lusail Technical Services, a UAE-based specialist in CCTV, ELV, smart home, and security systems, is seeking a qualified SIRA Approved Consultant to lead security system design, approvals, and technical sales across the UAE.

Role: SIRA Approved Consultant — Security & CCTV Projects

Key Requirements

• Valid SIRA Approved Consultant certification (mandatory)
• Completed and passed the SIRA certification course
• In-depth knowledge of SIRA regulations, design standards, and approval procedures
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the UAE in CCTV, ELV, or security systems
• Strong technical sales ability — site surveys, solution design, client consultation, and deal closing
• Skilled in preparing SIRA-compliant design drawings, quotations, and BOQs
• Solid technical knowledge of IP/analog CCTV, NVR/DVR, access control, intercom, and smart home integration
• Communication in English and Arabic preferred; UAE driving license required

Responsibilities

• Design SIRA-compliant CCTV and security systems and prepare submissions for approval
• Manage the full SIRA approval process — drawings, camera-count methodology, documentation, and liaison with authorities
• Conduct site surveys and recommend compliant solutions to clients
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs
• Support business growth through technical sales across all seven emirates
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure projects meet approved designs
