Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a valid UAE driving license to lead sales activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of welding equipment, cutting tools, and safety accessories, along with proven sales and customer relationship management skills. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Promote and sell welding equipment, cutting tools, PPE, and safety accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Manage and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in welding consumables, cutting equipment, industrial tools, or safety products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of welding, cutting, and safety accessories.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
