Pest Control Supervisor

Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Pest Control Supervisor to lead our pest management operations and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pest control technicians and field teams.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor pest control treatments across multiple client locations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor service quality and technician performance to ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, environmental guidelines, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Address client inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and operational resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, Public Health, Entomology, or a related field.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Approval/Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control operations.
• Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior technician experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, treatment procedures, pesticides, and application equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and schedules effectively.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
