Accounts & Finance Supervisor

Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts & Finance Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and provide accurate reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Candidates with experience in the maintenance, facilities management, fit-out, renovation, or construction industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, fit-out, renovation, construction, or technical services is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
