Maintenance Supervisor

Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects across residential, commercial, and retail properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, fit-out, and renovation activities across multiple project sites.
• Manage and monitor technicians and skilled trades, including MEP, carpentry, painting, masonry, civil works, and general maintenance teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards and client requirements.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
• Identify technical issues and site challenges, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and UAE industry standards.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and facilities management.
• Experience supervising MEP, civil, interior finishing, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
