IT Support Engineer ( Native Arabic Speaker )

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring devices, providing technical support, and assisting employees with hardware and software issues. In addition to general IT support, you will also be

involved in handling ERP-related technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Configuration: Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and printers for

employees.

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the

organization.

• User Assistance: Help employees navigate and utilize IT systems, software, and devices

efficiently.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure devices are

running optimally.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions provided, and

inventory of devices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and escalate complex issues

when necessary.

• ERP Support: Address and resolve any technical issues related to the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer setup and configuration.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and user support skills.
• Prior experience in IT support is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be a Native Arabic Speaker

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
