Land Surveyor

Key ResponsibilitiesSurveying & Site Analysis

• Carry out land surveys using modern surveying equipment to determine site boundaries, elevations, contours, and existing conditions.
• Perform boundary, easement, and construction staking surveys as required for project execution.
• Assess site conditions and identify any potential challenges that may affect design or construction work.

Data Collection & Documentation

• Prepare and interpret survey drawings, maps, sketches, and technical reports.
• Verify accuracy of all survey data, measurements, and calculations before submission or site use.
• Develop clear survey records and documentation for project approval and official submission purposes.

Coordination & Technical Support

• Work closely with landscape architects, engineers, and project teams to support design and construction activities.
• Provide accurate survey data and technical input to site and construction teams.
• Participate in project and coordination meetings, providing field insights and recommendations.

Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits when required.

Equipment & Field Operations

• Maintain, calibrate, and properly use surveying instruments to ensure high accuracy.
• Supervise and support field survey teams to ensure efficient and precise execution of tasks.

Project Support

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities when required.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies, tools, and industry best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in landscaping or construction surveying (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility in fieldwork.
