Creative Multimedia Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Creative Multimedia Specialist to join the Junior Couture team in Dubai. This is a dynamic, all-in-one creative role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion and retail environment. You will be responsible for bringing the Junior Couture brand to life across digital platforms — from shooting and editing video content to designing visuals and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Video Editing

• Shoot high-quality video content for campaigns, reels, product launches, and behind-the-scenes
• Edit and produce polished video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Handle lighting, framing, and post-production independently

Graphic Design

• Create on-brand graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and in-store use
• Design promotional materials including banners, flyers, and lookbook layouts
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual output

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow community presence
• Track analytics and report on performance metrics

Content Creation

• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns and brand direction
• Write compelling captions, short-form copy, and content briefs
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar multimedia or creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing, and graphic design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Eye for aesthetics with a strong sense of composition, colour, and typography
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry experience is a strong advantage

Pay: AED1.00 per hour
