Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Reviews:* Support the delivery of strategic growth initiatives across APMEA West aligned with commercial priorities.
- Enhance business performance by delivering insights and analyses to support volume and value share growth.
- Act as a trusted business partner by proactively engaging stakeholders, building trust and buy-in and fostering strong cross-functional relationships across the organisation.
Revenue Growth:* Embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) into everyday decisions to optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolio.
- Lead Pricing and Excise committees to ensure competitiveness while maintaining sustainable profitability within market and regulatory frameworks.
- Support business growth by unlocking and executing new categories launches / opportunities across key markets.
- Provide insightful industry analysis covering macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, competitor intelligence, and consumer behaviour to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain robust industry models to enable accurate forecasting, scenario planning and data-driven decision making.
Resource Allocation**:*** Ensure robust resource allocation through data driven investment decisions aligned with strategic priorities and consumer focus.
- Manage APMEA West Marketing Spend and Capex budgets, optimizing investment allocation across key markets in line with commercial priorities.
- Evaluate business cases through post-implementation reviews to ensure value delivery and assess whether expected benefits were achieved.
- Manage TCI (Total Customer Investment) for APMEA West markets, ensuring accuracy and providing insights to enhance investment effectiveness.
- Drive Marketing Spend Effectiveness to maximize the efficiency/effectiveness of spend, especially for major key touchpoints (BA, ISF, Agency, Research etc.).
Management Reporting:* Review and manage financial performance of A-West markets, ensuring insights are provided to support commercial decision-making.
- Manage the OTIF delivery of all reporting and regional requirements from Commercial Finance perspective.
- Develop and maintain Financial KPI dashboards (Power BI dashboard)
- Supports the preparation of analyses for presentations to Senior Stakeholders.
- Responsible for Regional submissions, ensuring accurate and timely Pricing Tracker and Competition Reporting
Accounting Standards**:*** Understands impact of Group IFRS implications for reported results and ensures consistency and adherence to global accounting standards.
Risk and Controls & Governance**:*** Follows governance and risk guidelines to ensure that controls are in place particularly with regards to Resource Allocation policy in area of Marketing Investment, Pricing Governance in line with Marketing Governance Framework and ensures all controls in the Control Navigator space are tracked/addressed and mitigated where applicable.
