Job description:

CNC Programmer/Operator

CNC Programmer/Operator- 4 to 5 years of Experience is mandatory

Salary: AED3,000.00 to 3,500.00 – Depends on experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Need to have 4-5 years of experience in programming & operating on 5 Axis machine

· Should have experience working on CNC programming software like Master Cam/Gibbs cam etc

· If working in the Jewellery manufacturing field is preferable

· Operates and maintains CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machines.

· Review programs, instructions, and designs to ensure accurate production.

· Takes precise designs for proper programming and operation.

· Selects the appropriate machine and settings for a given design.

· Plans the proper sequence of job requests.

· Monitors production for higher efficiency.

· Maintains the inventory of completed products.

· Checks output for quality assurance.

· Performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

· Maintains a safe and clean workstation.

· Troubleshoot and repair electronic types of machinery.

· Provides aid to the engineering department if there is no production for CNC room.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Technical Course

· Be able to communicate in English speaking and writing

· Knowledge of production processes in a related industry is preferred.

· Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards

Requirement:

· Only Candidate who is currently in UAE will be considered

· Preference will be given to candidates who would be able to join immediately

· Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED3,500.00 (depends on Qualification and experience)
