Intero Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven FM Operations Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational activities within the Facilities Services Division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee hard and soft FM services, including MEP maintenance, HVAC systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other support services.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage facilities teams, supervisors, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve operational objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance and prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
  • Establish preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and optimal facility performance.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, contract compliance, and service quality.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, energy optimization, sustainability initiatives, and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support mobilization, transition, and implementation of new facilities management contracts and projects.
  • Investigate operational issues, incidents, and service failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of facilities management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing integrated facilities management operations across multiple sites or large-scale facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, contract management, asset management, and maintenance planning.
  • Experience with CAFM, CMMS, BMS, and other facilities management systems.
  • Professional certifications such as IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM), BIFM qualifications, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
