We are currently partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of lawyers within a fast-paced and highly professional environment.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong legal secretarial background who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys providing high-level support to fee earners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary, meeting, and travel management for lawyers
  • Preparation, formatting, proofreading, and production of legal documentation
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Supporting billing, time entry, expenses, and client administration
  • Coordinating court documentation and legal filings
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  • Managing client communications and stakeholder relationships
  • Providing administrative support across the wider legal team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a legal secretarial or legal administrative role
  • Strong experience supporting lawyers within a law firm environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with legal document management systems and billing processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Typing speed of 70 WPM preferred
