Logistics Executive

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can coordinate transportation, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure the smooth movement of documents and operational resources that support our business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of office supplies, documents, and company materials.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of required items.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, courier services, and internal departments.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics and delivery records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of office materials.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support management with logistics planning and resource coordination activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
