Senior Interior Designer – Joinery & Fit-Out

HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling design development, client coordination, material selection, and execution support for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and material selections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and production teams.
• Prepare joinery detailing and fit-out design drawings.
• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with drafting and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Support project execution and resolve design-related site issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior design, joinery, and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing and interior fit-out execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and rendering software.
• Excellent design presentation and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with strong technical knowledge.
