Senior PMO Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PMO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO leadership and governance, with the ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders. Power BI experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring effective project governance and compliance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders
• Create and maintain executive-level reporting, including exco reporting
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data and create meaningful insights for decision-making
• Contribute to large transformation and integration programs, providing guidance and support to project teams
• Lead communication and coordination efforts between internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PMO leadership and governance
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data analytics tools
• Experience working on large transformation and integration programs
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
