Civil Engineer (G+4 Certified)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects (up to G+4) from planning to completion.
• Ensure all projects comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare structural designs, review drawings, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation for project approvals, permits, and compliance reports.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing G+4 construction projects in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, Dubai building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or other project management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
