MEP Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across multiple sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with technicians and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP site activities (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing).
• Assign tasks and monitor technicians’ performance.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works for quality assurance.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams.
• Ensure materials and tools are properly used and managed.
• Report project progress and site issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience in MEP supervision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical field is an advantage
