Job Title: F5 Engineer

Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Office – Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced F5 Engineer to manage, administer, and support enterprise application delivery, web application security, and network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies, firewall administration, proxy solutions, and enterprise network operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in network security and application delivery infrastructure.
• Strong experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies, including:
• Local Traffic Manager (LTM)
• Application Security Manager (ASM/WAF)
• iRules
• SSL Offloading
• Load Balancing
• Experience administering Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience administering Palo Alto firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Forcepoint Proxy solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, routing, and switching concepts.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Technical Skills
• Advanced troubleshooting of application delivery and security platforms.
• Experience with enterprise-scale network environments.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and performance optimization tools.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with VPN technologies and secure remote access solutions.

• F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA)
• F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CTS)
• Fortinet NSE Certification (NSE 4 or higher)
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
