Job Title: Key Account Executive – Perfume Products Sales
Department: Sales & Key Accounts

Reports To: Key Account Manager / Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To manage and develop key retail and distribution accounts across the UAE, drive sales growth, secure new product listings, execute promotional activities, and strengthen relationships with major retailers, distributors, and trading partners within the fragrance and beauty industry. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing brand visibility, and ensuring profitable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, hypermarkets, perfumeries, pharmacies, and specialty beauty stores.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for new product listings and category expansion.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out activities to increase market share.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and trade agreements with customers.
- Acquire new key accounts and expand the customer base within the UAE market.
Trade Marketing & Merchandising
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure optimal shelf placement, visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure flawless execution at store level.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations to management.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts and market reports.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, pricing agreements, and promotions.
- Update CRM/ERP systems with account activities and sales data.
- Follow up on collections and ensure adherence to agreed credit terms.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support demand planning and inventory management for key customers.
- Ensure timely execution of customer requirements and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within Perfumes, Cosmetics, Beauty, FMCG, or Personal Care industries in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE retail landscape, including modern trade, perfumeries, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Existing relationships with major UAE retailers and distributors will be an added advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
