Role Description The ***Assistant Manager – eCommerce (Data Analyst)***is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing eCommerce performance across platforms, including sales trends, customer behavior, product performance, and campaign effectiveness. The position involves managing product listings, pricing, inventory data, and content accuracy on marketplaces and brand-owned channels. The role includes preparing regular dashboards and reports, generating actionable insights, and partnering with marketing and sales teams to optimize digital campaigns, promotions, and customer journeys. The Assistant Manager will also support demand forecasting, coordinate with operations to ensure order fulfillment efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement of the online experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to work with large datasets, build reports, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in sales and e-commerce operations, including managing online catalogs, pricing, and promotions.
- Understanding of marketing and digital channels, including performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality or FMCG environment.
- Prior experience in eCommerce or D2C food and beverage brands is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willing to relocate at Dubai, UAE
