• Provided onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administered Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, security policies, and cloud services.
• Coordinated with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepared technical reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.
