Architect / Design Engineer — Residential Renovations

Kings Contracting delivers high-end villa renovations and fit-outs across Dubai's most prestigious communities. We're looking for a talented Architect / Designer to own the full drawing and design output for our growing project portfolio.

The Role

You'll be the design backbone of our projects — taking renovations from concept to authority-approved, construction-ready drawings.

Produce all 2D technical drawings (concept, layout, MEP coordination, construction details, shop drawings)

Create high-quality 3D renders and visualisations to present design intent to clients

Develop interior and architectural design concepts for residential renovations and extensions

Prepare and submit drawing packages to Dubai authorities and secure approvals

Coordinate with site teams, clients, and designers to ensure designs are buildable and on-brief

What You Must Have

Minimum 5 years' residential design experience in Dubai (non-negotiable)

Proven track record of securing approvals with all relevant Dubai authorities — Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar, DEWA and similar

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field

Valid UAE driving licence and own/willing to drive — site visits across Dubai are part of the role

Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray or Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop

A sharp eye for detail and a portfolio that proves it
