City Breeze Technical Services LLC, established in 2009, is a professional HVAC and technical services company in the UAE. We handle HVAC projects, AC installation, maintenance, repair, and home AC maintenance services.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator / Service Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, home AC maintenance bookings, project service coordination, technician scheduling, payment follow-ups, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and website leads.
  • Provide clear information about home AC maintenance, AC cleaning, repair, inspection, installation, and project-related services.
  • Understand customer requirements and book the correct service appointment.
  • Schedule technicians according to customer location, availability, job type, and priority.
  • Coordinate with technicians and project teams for daily jobs, site visits, maintenance work, cancellations, delays, and rescheduling.
  • Share job details, customer information, location, service requirements, and site instructions with technicians.
  • Follow up with customers before and after service completion.
  • Collect advance payments and follow up on pending payments.
  • Prepare and maintain customer records, service history, job status, invoices, quotations, and payment details in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Maintain daily job reports and update management on completed, pending, cancelled, and ongoing jobs.
  • Coordinate project service requirements, site visits, maintenance schedules, and team movements.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate solutions with the technical team.
  • Keep records of AMC customers, repeat customers, project clients, and future maintenance reminders.
  • Help convert customer inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
  • Maintain proper communication between customers, office, technicians, project teams, and management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, office coordination, admin, call center, BPO, maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, or technical services company is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a home AC maintenance company will be considered a strong plus.
  • Experience in coordinating technicians, maintenance teams, or project service teams will be an advantage.
  • Good phone and WhatsApp communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, email, and Google Sheets.
  • Organized, responsible, patient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of AC maintenance, HVAC projects, or home maintenance services will be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries, service bookings, payment follow-ups, and team coordination tasks at the same time.
