Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales / Customer Care Executive to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
✅ Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
✅ Address customer concerns and provide excellent service
✅ Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
✅ Maintain customer records and prepare reports

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in telesales or customer service preferred
✔ Strong communication and convincing skills
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
✔ Good computer software knowledge
✔ Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
✔ UAE experience is preferred
