About the Role

We are looking for an R&D Analyst / R&D Squad Lead to support innovation, research, and future capability development within the CEO Office. This role will focus on AI-enabled research, concept development, prototyping, and strategic intelligence to help drive DigitalQatalyst’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategic Intelligence

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and technology research
• Develop research reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations
• Monitor emerging trends and innovation opportunities

AI & Innovation

• Explore AI tools and technologies to improve business performance
• Support solution prototyping, automation initiatives, and concept validation
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption across business functions

Product & Platform Development

• Support development of new business concepts and platforms
• Assist in evaluating feasibility, scalability, and market potential
• Develop innovation frameworks and supporting documentation

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain research pipelines and innovation trackers
• Prepare executive reports and recommendations
• Support strategic initiatives through structured analysis and insights

• Ability to convert research into actionable insights
• Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
