Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst (AI SEO & Organic Growth)

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst with strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven search optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize on-page SEO, technical SEO, and website structure.
• Monitor and improve website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Create and optimize content for search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
• Implement AI SEO strategies for visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI search experiences.
• Conduct backlink analysis and link-building campaigns.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM optimization strategies.
• Understanding of schema markup, structured data, and website indexing.
• Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, and SEO plugins.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI content optimization tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Familiarity with llms.txt, structured data, and AI search optimization techniques.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
